Our 15 months Swiss Gruyere Cheese is a sweet, nutty and fruity raw cow's milk cheese, commonly used for baking. A basic ingredient in fondue, it is as well delicious as a table cheese. It can be shredded over salad or pasta, baked soups goes well with French onion soup and even for casseroles.
