How do I shop on spanish-gourmet-club.com?

1. Login or browse our store as guest
2. Select the product you wish to purchase
3. Click “Add to Cart”
4. When you are finished shopping, tap the shopping cart icon and click “View Cart”
5. Click “Checkout” after confirming the product and quantity
6. Follow the instructions and confirm order
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
 
 
If you didn’t get any confirmation after order placed, please contact us.

What are the payment methods available?

We support credit card payment of Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
 
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars and reflect the price of goods on the day of purchase.

What kind of delivery methods can I choose?

You can choose either delivery service (upon certain amount of purchase) or self pick-up (visit our office in San Po Kong). Please refer to Shipping for more info.
 
Please note that Eshop orders are not available to pick up at supermarket stores.

When can my goods be delivered?

Normally, the order can be delivered by the 3ʳᵈ working day when your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
 
Our delivery schedule: Monday to Friday (except holidays), 11am-6pm.

Are all addresses available for delivery?

Currently our delivery service is available for Hong Kong SAR only.

Can I send the order to multiple delivery addresses?

Currently each order can be delivered to one location only.
 
You can click “Address Book” on Account Settings page to edit default address or add new delivery address. On checkout page, you can also choose default address or use a new address in the section of “Delivery Details”.

What should I do if I am unable to pick up within designated delivery time?

You are not available to accept delivery at the designated delivery time, we will contact you for re-delivery arrangement. HK$120 delivery fee will be charged.
 
Our driver will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm the delivery time.

Can I edit or cancel my placed orders?

Once the payment done, the order information is confirmed. There are no cancellation and refund for the order.
 
 
You can only edit the delivery address after order placed. If you wish to change, please contact us within 24 hours after ordered.

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

You must check if the goods ordered are damaged when you receive.
 
Goods may be exchanged within five working days after the delivery if they are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. Details please refer to Terms & Conditions.

What if the product is out of stock?

We try our very best to obtain sufficient quantities from suppliers. The product will be marked as “Out of Stock” and removed at earliest.
 
If the product you selected is found out of stock after checkout, we will contact you directly for further arrangement.

Can I use the promotional offer from retail stores on Eshop?

No, promotional offers are different between eShop and retail stores.

How to ensure the secure payment?

Our Eshop adopts Stripe/Paypal credit card payment, which includes Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Personal data are encrypted before being transmitted. Data of credit card never store in our server.
