This gourmet salt, made by hand in the style of the French "Fleur de Sel" (Spanish: "Flor de Sal"), is a natural salt that is particularly rich in minerals. The "Fleur de Sel" from SAL de IBIZA tastes much softer and fresher than ordinary table salt.
Our Fleur de Sel is obtained exclusively in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa", which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.
This contains many minerals and trace elements in their original structures and in above-average amounts, such as magnesium, fluoride, selenium and iodine.
"Fleur de Sel" can only be collected on a few days of the year and, even in a good season, makes up a maximum of 0.1% of the total harvest. It only forms under optimal weather conditions in the corners of the saline fields, where the air circulation is highest. Ingredient: sea salt
