How to serve Foie Gras?
1) Whichever type of Foie Gras, it should be placed into a refrigerator some hours before being served
2) Take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving
3) Use a thin and sharp knife or spoon, which being dipped into hot water and wiped, to slice the Foie Gras.
Or Put Foie gras on a small piece of bread by using a fork
Ideal for accompanying fig and bread, or pairing with Champagne.
Store in cool dry place
