Our diced Serrano cubes (20 months, Gran Reserva) are hand-cut around the centre bone and knuckle, where the cured meat is richest in flavour and firmest in texture. They can be served as an appetizer alongside a glass of red wine, or incorporated as a cooking ingredient in your favourite recipes: eggs, pasta, fried rice, dumplings, etc. Like fresh truffle, our cubes will suffuse all your dishes with intense Spanish ham essence.
